This forum exists to discuss and verify the public record. It is not a venue for harassment, private investigations, or publishing restricted information.

1. Choose the right tab. Use Topics for questions, research, and source discussion. Use Debates for a clearly framed question or position and engage opposing views respectfully.
2. Distinguish allegations, testimony, argument, and findings. Do not present a pleading or one witness's statement as an established fact.
3. Cite the record. Link to a transcript passage, local exhibit, filing, video timestamp, or reliable source whenever possible.
4. No private or restricted material. Do not post addresses, phone numbers, private medical records, autopsy images, impounded material, or personal information about children.
5. No harassment or threats. Discuss evidence and public conduct without targeting participants, witnesses, jurors, relatives, or other members.
6. No graphic media embeds. Use a clear warning before linking to publicly available material that depicts injury, blood, or death.
7. No spam or impersonation. Use one verified-email account per person; no advertising, automated posting, suspension evasion, or pretending to be a party or official.

Moderators may remove content, lock discussions, temporarily mute posting, or suspend accounts to enforce these rules. Moderation actions are recorded. Use the report link on a post for review.
