Independent community

MassVLC is an independent educational archive and community. It is not affiliated with the Massachusetts Trial Court or any party, attorney, witness, family, publisher, or video channel involved in the proceedings.

Your account and posts

You must confirm a valid email address to access the members-only archive and community. You remain responsible for your submissions and represent that you have the right to publish them. You grant MassVLC a nonexclusive license to display and maintain submitted content as part of forum discussions.

Research tools and corrections

Your collections, bookmarks, notes, and saved searches are private account tools. A submitted transcript correction is a source-integrity report, not an automatic edit. Administrators may verify, accept, reject, or request more information and retain the report and decision history after account deletion in anonymized form.

Prohibited activity

You may not post unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, private, sealed, impounded, exploitative, or infringing material; evade a suspension; automate forum activity; or interfere with the website's operation.

Moderation and availability

MassVLC may remove posts, lock discussions, temporarily mute posting, suspend accounts, or remove the forum when reasonably necessary. Moderation actions may be retained in an internal audit history. No guarantee is made that user-generated information is accurate, complete, or continuously available.
